Brands

What shirt brand do you print on?  Grown Folk Motto t-shirts are printed on Gildan, Anvil, Port & Company or Fruit of the Loom.  All shirts are 100% cotton.  Please see the size chart for more detailed information.

IMAGES vS Prints

Will my shirt look exactly like the picture on website?  Images on the website may be mock-up prints used for visualization of our apparel designs.  Although similar, these images may not accurately represent scale, color, or position of the actual size, style, or color you have ordered. The website images are used for simulation purposes only.

Placing an Order

When will my order ship?  Usually, orders ship within 3 business days of purchase.  Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. We will contact you if there are any delays in shipping your order.  Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
 
Where is my order confirmation?  As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add orders@grownfolkmotto.com to your safe sender’s list.
 
What if my size is not available?  Please email us at customerservice@grownfolkmotto.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Care and Handling

Machine wash cool, inside out with like colors. Use only non-chlorine beach.  Tumble dry medium.  Do not iron.  Do not dry clean.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Please make sure that you double check your order before you submit it. We do not offer refunds; however if you have a question or concern about your order please contact, customer service at customerservice@grownfolkmotto.com or 321-704-0915.
You can request an exchange within 5 days of receiving the item.  All exchanged items must be unworn, have the Grown Folk Motto tag attached, and be free from perfumes, deodorant, stains, or any signs of usage. Send returns to 1317 Edgewater Dr Unit 2293 Orlando, FL 32804.  Contact customer service at customerservice@grownfolkmotto.com to initiate the exchange process. All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions.
