a Father's love (a-z) Father's Day is around the corner and is a time to celebrate the men in our lives who have supported us and help mold us into the people we are today. Although me and my father did not have an ideal relationship I was grounded in the fact that I knew I was loved and without that love I would be a different person. Because of that love I have learned to love those around me and myself. Because of that love I have become an amazing, beautiful, confidant, daring, educated, fierce, grateful, honest, intelligent, jovial, kind, loving, modest, noble, original, proud, quirky, resourceful, sassy, tough, unafraid, valiant, witty, xenodochial (lol...it is a word), youthful and zealous. Because of a father's love I have expectations of how a man should love and treat me. With Father's Day fast approaching I would like to recognize some of my favorite movies that display great fatherhood: Meet Joe Black, John Q, Lion King, Finding Nemo, and Mrs Doubtfire. These movies show us how impactful a father's love is on a child's life. If you have not seen, would recommend checking them out. What are some of your favorite movies celebrating dads?

Love your blog. The movie Taken showed how far a father would go for his daughter.
